Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Because the program is built on hotel rooms, kosher food service, transportation, staffing, and partner commitments made well in advance, cancellations and changes can carry real costs. This page explains how deposits, payment deadlines, changes, and refunds work.
Deposits are non-refundable
Your deposit secures rooms and program space and is not refundable once paid.
Final payment by Dec 1, 2026
All balances must be completed by December 1, 2026 to keep your reservation.
Insurance protects you
We strongly recommend travel insurance for cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage.
Deposits And Payments
A reservation is confirmed only after we accept your booking, required guest information is received, and the required deposit has been processed. Your deposit holds rooms and program space that we commit to our partners on your behalf.
- Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
- Final payment is due by December 1, 2026. Reservations not paid in full by this date may be released.
- Late or missed payments may result in the release of rooms, cancellation of optional add-ons, or cancellation of your reservation.
- Bank fees, card fees, currency conversion costs, chargeback fees, and similar third-party charges may be the guest's responsibility where applicable.
The terms in your written booking confirmation control your reservation. If anything is unclear, ask for written confirmation before paying.
Cancelling A Reservation
To cancel, contact us in writing so we have a clear, dated record of your request. Cancellations take effect when we receive and acknowledge them, not when you decide to cancel.
- Send cancellation requests through our contact form or by message to our team.
- The date we receive your written request determines how it is handled, since costs are committed to partners over time.
- Once a cancellation is processed, your rooms and program space may be released and cannot be guaranteed if you decide to rebook.
Refund Eligibility
Whether any amount beyond the non-refundable deposit can be refunded depends on the timing of your request and how much of your trip cost we have already committed to hotels, food service, transportation, and other providers.
- Refund eligibility depends on the written terms provided at booking, supplier rules, the timing of your request, and whether costs have already been committed on your behalf.
- Amounts already paid to or committed with third-party providers may not be recoverable and may reduce or eliminate a refund.
- Where a refund is possible, it is issued to the original payment method after applicable costs and the non-refundable deposit are accounted for.
Changes And Modifications
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and any difference in price or applicable fees.
- Requests to change guest count, names, room type, dates, tours, or services are subject to availability and any applicable price difference or fee.
- Reducing your party size or downgrading a room may not reduce amounts already committed and may not be refundable.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing invoices, guest names, room requests, dates, and package selections for accuracy.
Non-Refundable Items
Some costs cannot be refunded once your trip has begun or once a service date has passed, even if you do not use them.
- No-shows, late arrivals, early departures, unused meals, unused tours, and missed program activities are not refundable.
- Optional add-ons and third-party bookings follow the terms of the provider supplying them.
- Personal expenses, gratuities, and items not included in your package are not refundable through us.
Travel Insurance
Because deposits are non-refundable and refunds may be limited once costs are committed, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book. The right policy can protect your investment against circumstances we cannot.
- Look for coverage that fits your needs, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical, baggage, and emergency coverage.
- "Cancel for any reason" coverage, where available, generally offers the broadest flexibility.
- Review the policy's terms, deadlines, and exclusions carefully, since insurance is a contract between you and the insurer.
Circumstances Outside Our Control
Travel involves many providers and variables outside our direct control, including hotels, airlines, payment processors, tour operators, transportation companies, government authorities, weather, illness, labor disruptions, road conditions, and security events.
- When a program element must be changed, we may substitute a reasonably comparable option where practical.
- We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by third-party providers, guest decisions, government action, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the affected service.
This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
